West Bay Beach Access…Casa Azul is located in the Emerald Beach community on West Bay Beach. This unique community shares 100 feet of private beachfront in the middle of the most exclusive beach in Roatan.

Casa Azul offers 3 large bedrooms PLUS a separate apartment for guests or rentals. There is a huge wrap around and screened porch. All three bedrooms in the main house have access to the screened porch. There are three bathrooms in the main house (two en-suite) and a large open concept living room and kitchen with double doors leading out to the large covered porch.

This island style home has beautiful exposed wood ceilings, hardwood floors, and comes fully furnished. The home was built in 2009 and offers 2800 square feet of living space.

The guest apartment has its own entrance on the lower level and offers one bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and living room. This would make a great long-term rental, caretakers quarters, or could be used for short term vacation rentals.
